So, have your health problems turned you into a drug addict? How long can you go without chemicals: a pill to sleep, a pill to wake up, one to lower cholesterol, blood pressure…name your problem. How much medication – doctor prescribed, over the counter, or self-prescribed – do you take every day in search of health or relief from symptoms?

Chronic illness costs you well being, peace of mind, emotional resilience and lots of money.
